You chase the next edge, the next drill, the next opportunity to be better.
That hunger can be powerful.
Itβs what drives you to prepare harder, study longer, and keep raising your standard.
Itβs the force behind growth.
But left unchecked, it can also drain you.
Chasing perfection instead of progress.
Results instead of relationships.
Validation instead of purpose.
The truth?
Youβll never feel βdoneβ as a coach or leaderβ¦ and thatβs okay.
The goal isnβt to silence the hunger.
Itβs to feed it with purpose.
Feed it with love for the game.
With pride in your playersβ growth.
With gratitude for the chance to lead.
Stay hungry.
But stay grounded in why you started.
Because the best leaders arenβt chasing more.
Theyβre chasing meaning.
